  • DFM analysis and FEA support
  • Vendor coordination for prototype development
  • BOM, assembly drawings, technical documentation

  • Manage inbound material inspection at dark stores
  • Ensure on-time delivery to clients

Ensure every manufactured component meets quality standards from first-article inspection to final delivery.
  • Inspect parts using Vernier, micrometer, CMM
  • Incoming material and in-process quality checks
  • Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, dimensional docs
  • Vendor rejection analysis and corrective actions
  • Maintain quality records for client compliance
