Design Engineer
About the Role
You will work on CAD modeling, product design, and engineering drawings for a wide variety of manufacturing projects — from custom SPM components to product development for startups.
- Create and review 2D/3D CAD drawings using SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Support design-for-manufacturing (DFM) analysis and FEA
- Coordinate with vendors for prototype development
- Prepare BOM, assembly drawings, and technical documentation
- Work on product development projects from concept to prototype

About the Role
You will manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, and material procurement across Manufast's 200+ vendor network — ensuring every manufacturing project is on time and within spec.
- Source and coordinate with manufacturing vendors across Pune
- Raise and track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoices
- Evaluate vendor capability, pricing, and quality performance
- Manage inbound material inspection and inventory at dark stores
- Resolve vendor escalations and ensure on-time delivery to clients

Quality Control Engineer
About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring every manufactured component meets the required quality standards — from first-article inspection to final delivery checks — across Manufast's client projects.
- Inspect manufactured parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, CMM)
- Perform incoming material and in-process quality checks at vendor facilities
- Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and dimensional documentation
- Coordinate with vendors on rejection analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain quality records for client and compliance requirements
